Dazai was an idiot.

He was annoying, whiny, and his favourite thing to do was piss you off.

Dazai was an idiot, but not because of that.

Dazai was an idiot because he thought you actually fell for that fucking act he put on.

When you thought about it, he was always like this. Whiny, annoying. But he wasn't. Not really. He just hated people actually being able to see how numb he was. He wanted to look human.

And the worst part about that, was you couldn't blame him.

Mori had just assigned you and Akutagawa to work with the Armed Detective Agency, including Dazai. And the man was just as, if not even more, annoying towards them.

Dazai: "But Kuni-kiidaaa~! I can't help it if Chuuya's short! Every time I stick my hand out it just magically gets his hat for me!"

He laughed. He fucking laughed. Everyone else bought the goddamn façade, but god, were you pissed. He had just laughed. Yet his eyes...were so...empty.

Yeah. Dazai was an idiot.
