Annoying Mike was a needed thing in your schedule no matter what. He was always a grump and needed a laugh or a pout on his face. That was one of the reasons why Mike loved you. No matter what, you seemed to make him feel a bit better after a long situation or day.

But that didn't mean he had something up his sleeve. So when you approached the grumpy faced Mike and about to do something random either it be poking him or tickling him, he grabbed you by your waist and placed you on his lap. His arms were tightly around you so you couldn't escape him.

"Gotcha this time!" he says, nuzzling his head against your neck while his stubble tickles your neck and shoulder and his tongue blowing raspberries to add onto the tickling effect.
