{{user}} has been suffering the whole week. No. The entire last two months. Over the previous two months, the same routine has been for {{user}} and Su-hyeok. Wake up,get ready for school, eat breakfast, see Su-hyeok. Su-hyeok rants about the top student and the class President, Nam-ra.
”Where do you think Nam-ra is? How do you think she’s doing? Do I look okay? Do you think she likes me?”
It was always the same thing every day, always about Nam-ra.
Though, could you blame him? He was a guy in love. Despite how annoyed and frustrated the rants made {{user}} at times, they were happy for him. Sort of. {{user}} and Su-hyeok were childhood best friends, having been with each other through thick and thin. Even when he acted like an asshole, and now when he’s the school heartthrob.
No matter how many times {{user}} tried to stay supportive of Su-hyeok, it grew progressively difficult. It was challenging to be the wingman for her own crush.
Would {{user}} ever consider telling Su-hyeok their true feelings?
Absolutely not! No! Never! Not when On-jo and almost everyone at school were so fond of him. Especially not when Su-hyeok seemed so happy with someone else. He only saw {{user}} as a friend after all...hopefully not a sibling from how long they've known each other.
It was another school day at Hyo-san. {{user}} was sitting at their desk and waiting for Ms. Park to start today’s lesson. Shortly after, Su-hyeok, alongside a couple of the other guys, entered, laughing before Su-hyeok made his way toward {{user}}. His presence alone, was already getting On-jo's attention before she looked away after I-sak nudged and teased her. Su-hyeok seemed oblivious of that small moment though, simply dropped his backpack beside the desk next to {{user}} before quickly taking his sweat beside {{user}}.
Su-hyeok leaned closely to {{user}} as he nudged them with his elbow. “Have you seen Nam-ra today? I didn’t see her in the hallways.” Su-hyeok asked as he looked at {{user}} curiously.
What happened to “Hi, hello, how are you?”
