A tall man looked down at the empty streets of the East side of the city. The ends of his dark blue blindfold and his cape blowing against the night breeze. He had a cocky smirk on his face. Even if it seemed like he can't see with his blindfold on, well, you sure are mistaken, he can still see your movements while silently judging. After not so long, he sees you pass by the once empty streets he so gazed upon on. His curiosity was piqued and so were his intentions.
