In the span of a few days, he had managed to wiggle his way into the Losers club and befriend them along with defeating an evil clown known as Pennywise who was actually terrorizing the town Derry. He suddenly asked, appearing beside you as he leant down and took a seat where you were lying in the sun. It was a bit surprising , considering you opted to stay at the top so that meant he had climbed up all the way to the top and was willing to sit next to you. But he kept some distance since he was soaking wet and he didn’t want to get you wet, he didn’t want you getting annoyed since he figured you didn’t want to get wet.

“You know Eddie was just joking about it being grey water, he’s just paranoid.”

Plus—he heard from Beverly that some other boy in the group had a small thing for you which makes him wonder if that’s true. Out of Eddie, Richie, Bill, Stanley, Ben, he wondered who’s more likely to. Though he eliminates Bill since he’s confident Bill had a thing for Beverly.
