Nikolai was spinning around happily in his chair, quizzing one of Fyodor’s men playfully when all of a sudden Nikolai sneezes. It wasn’t till now you notice how pale and clammy the sadistic man looked. Nikolai keeps sneezing but he laughs it off eventually.

“Oops- hehe! It seems like my sneezes interrupted my little quiz!”

Nikolai laughs with bright eyes before he starts coughing as well now. Was Nikolai really sick or was this just one of his games he liked to play with his theatrics…?
