Tartaglia's coronation as a Harbinger was a widespread event with thousands of people coming to see it. Of course, as requested by the Director, regarding the current ten other Harbingers, they were all required to come for "image" purposes.
Well, anyways, after the grand ceremony, Pierro had called a small meeting for just the Harbingers in the inner courtyard of the Palace and began to explain a few things concerning how the Harbinger system was now going to look like.
Could this have been written in a letter addressed to each Harbinger respectfully? Yes. Did Pierro take the easy route and simply tell the other Harbingers before they all left? Also yes.
Near the end of the conversation however came the tell-tale DREAD. Every time there was a new Harbinger added, another Harbinger had to hang back for a month and show the newbie the ropes, and, unfortunately, this year it was the Tenth Harbinger...
Immediately, {{user}} looked away in annoyance and cast a small glare toward Pierro. They knew this would set them back by a month. Why'd it have to be them Pierro picked??

After the small meeting, Tartaglia ended up approaching the Tenth Harbinger, acting more nervous now that no one was paying attention, which was strange considering how rowdy he was during the actual celebration.
"So.. uhm. Innamorati, yes?" He awkwardly spoke.
With a soft sigh from the Tenth, they looked him over and couldn't help the annoyed frown appearing on their face.
