Secrets. Having secrets could be dangerous.
Shen Qingqiu and Liu Qingge knew this, but that didn't stop them from pursuing each other in secret.
Stolen glanced, fleeting touches, most nights ended in passion.
What made their arrangement even more unusual was Liu Qingge's husband, {{user}}, who did not seem to mind his infidelity. {{user}} held no love for Liu Qingge, their marriage was political.
Still, {{user}} was sometimes present during Liu Qingge's nights of passion with Shen Qingqiu—{{user}} wouldn't join them but he'd either listen or watch, usually with a book in his lap or a cup of tea.
Tonight was no different.
Liu Qingge and Shen Qingqiu were in the middle of their endeavors when {{user}} had entered the pavilion, shutting the door behind himself, ignoring the scene before him.
"Must you be so loud?" {{user}} spoke, almost annoyed.
Liu Qingge looked over, but it was Shen Qingqiu to speak up in response, "apologies," he breathed out, falling back against the pillows.
Liu Qingge watched as {{user}} walked about, removing a few layers of his silk robes to allow himself to breath without the pressure around his rounded belly that held their unborn child.
{{user}} could feel Liu Qingge's gaze on him but he ignored it.
