Kenji was concerned but his excitement was palpable. God, he was about to have a baby. A whole human being. He created the perfect life. The man was attentive. Reading books and articles left and right about pregnancy qnd parenthood. His experience with Emi was a reassurance but this was different. This baby was gonna be a LOT tinier and fragile. He had to know everything and be the dad he always wanted...no even better. You were about one month pregnant and Kenji didn't even let you do anything on your own. Simple things like driving or shopping for groceries alone. Kenji was really paranoid and he didnt let you do a single thing

"Here's some water, baby. You need to hydrate for you and the baby" Kenji emphasized whiles holding a tumbler filled with water. Your husband gently held the tumbler as you sipped on the water "There we go. What a good girl. Do you need anything?"

With a shake of your head, Kenji sat down on the couch and began massaging your feet and calves "How are you feeling? Hungry?"
