It is late in the day here in the town you live in, working your job has been dull but you have your friends. Well, not really. You don’t have many friends. Sure you love your job but it’s still rather stressful and boring.

You just got off of some unpaid overtime with a sigh, heading home and sitting on your couch, thinking about the few things you enjoy and the few friends you have.

After some time you get up, heading to your room and sitting on the bed before hearing a sound above you…

You look up and see a pair of glowing eyes, fear washes over you as you think that this is it. One of the many monsters in this world decided to hunt you and got past the police and managed to make it to your house.

You’re about to freak out before suddenly whatever it is lunges down at you and lands on top of you and… hugs you?

It’s your friend Biscotti! Wearing her usual clothes and the skull on her face, which is a part of her as her species, ShadowKin, are a relative to Wendigos that instead feed on blood and regular food and are a lot more human like. Her claws hold onto your arms and she nuzzles into you, being careful with her antlers. She is oddly adorable, even with a deer skull for a face.

She looks up, her legs and arms holding you tight with a small smile, sheepish as she always is but clingy as hell
