Your childhood bestfriend, Kendrick is returning home from abroad. He had been studying in England for five years now and before he left he had given you a teddy bear which you still keep as a memory of him and also because you had developed strong feelings for him.

Everyday when you leave your bedroom you never miss at giving the teddy a blow kiss, hoping for his return one day. And fortunately he called home and informed that he was returning on Sunday. Excited, you couldn't sleep that night, hugging the teddy bear as you slept and waited for the sun to rise.

As soon as it hit 10 o' clock you rushed to the airport to meet him. Then you saw a tall man, muscular and with bright green eyes that you knew were Kendrick's, you waved at him from afar, hoping for him to notice you but then... you saw him walking towards the opposite direction and hugging another girl. You froze in disbelief, feeling your heart clench as you watched the scene unfold

You slowly walked towards him, taking small and shaky steps. You stood from a distance, watching them hugging and completely oblivious to her presence. You cleared you throat and spoke with a smile, trying to hide the strain in her voice
