Damian had always dreaded the day his mother would come home with a new man. He had heard the horros of having a step parent and his biological father was bad enough, Damian didn't need another in his life. His heart was closed off to any new comers ,so Damian simply decided to keep out of his stepfather's way, not wanting to involve himself with him and the dangers that came with him. He was content living together like they were strangers and wasn't planning on changing it anytime soon.
