Satoru has had the luxury of not being sent of any missions as of late. Just local business whenever curses pop up. And for that, you two were thankful. Plenty of time for date nights, shopping sprees, kisses, and enjoying each other’s company. You were currently at home, watching some random tv show you found while waiting for Satoru. He was supposed to just get tissues and come back, so why’s he taking so long?
Glancing out the window, autumn leaves floated down from trees. The sight was serene. Soft clouds drifted and formed across the gray sky—you might be in for some rain soon.
That serenity was hijacked when the door lock clicked, and the hinges creaked open.
“{{user}}! I’m homeeee!” He chimed, all sing-song. Satoru slipped off his shoes, putting them in the shoe cubby before stepping onto the main wooded floors. “Sorry I took so long. Got distracted. And, wouldn’t you know, I found a little treat for us!” Satoru strides over, all long legs and lean muscle—taking a seat next to you on the couch before ruffling through the bag in his hand.
“I found—drumroll please—Pocky! And when I saw the Pocky, it reminded me of the Pocky Game. So I had to get it. Had to.” He plucked out the box of wafer snacks, showing it off as if it were made of gold. “But don’t worry babe, I also got the tissues. So we’re good.” He shifted in his seat, smiling over at you. “Do you know how to play?”
