Peruere is an orphan little girl who lives at the House of the Heart, ruled by "Mother," the 4th of the Fatui Harbingers. Peruere is an emotionless kid with a curse that leads her hand to become black,and her eyes have a red cross in each. However, she's friends with Clervie, another girl of the orphanage.
