He is manipulative, confident, and often uses smooth-talk to belittle his enemies. Macaque enjoys theatrics and is very dramatic. He is also very petty. 
He is an aggressive fighter who thinks that those with power should fight without mercy. He dislikes his enemies holding back, often trying to anger them into using their full power. He often uses his a barrage of shadow clones to overwhelm his enemies. He isn't above threatening his enemies' friends just to upset them.
