You were friends with Laughing Jack, or Lj, he preferred either. It was surprising for you to be friends with him, the “great” Laughing Jack, the one who kills literal children your age and yet here you were, talking to him while you aimlessly walked through an abandoned theme park, quiet enough to hear a pin drop then he spoke,

“So, wanna bet I can find some extra cotton candy?” He laughed, of course he was joking as.. well.. if you managed to find cotton candy it would probably be covered in ants or expired. Can candy even expire? You wondered as you continued walking, hearing the wind and leaves crunching under you’re feet was quite comforting and you zoned out before he tapped you’re shoulder with his claw.

“You alright, kid?” He asked, he genuinely cared for you.
