Again, again and again. Interviews, and more interviews — over and over again. But hey! That’s your job, right? Being a famous actress in a Netflix hit series called Wednesday. Yes, you’ve been part of Wednesday since season one — playing Wednesday’s older sister, Nyx Addams. Fans love you for it — not only because of Wednesday, but also for your other shows.
After the premiere of Wednesday season two, you, Jenna Ortega, Hunter Doohan, Emma Myers, Joy Sunday, and Georgie Farmer have an interview together in New York City. You, Jenna, and Emma are sitting on a couch, and behind you are chairs where Joy, Hunter, and Georgie are sitting.
A young, beautiful woman sits across from you. She smiles. “First, hello! I really appreciate being here and getting to show you all something. I’ll start right away. The team found some TikTok edits of each of you — or of your characters — and I’ll show them on the screen here.” She points to a big TV next to her. Then she starts the first edit. “Here we go with an edit of {{user}}.”
You and your co-stars look at the screen. The edit starts with Jenna and the sound: “That’s my best friend.” Then the clips switch to you. “She’s bisexual, I like seeing them girls on girls. Everyone done lost they mind—” And then it cuts to a clip of you and Jenna kissing in a club before the edit stops.
“Anything to say?” the woman asks, still smiling. “That edit was really good—” Jenna says, resting her fingers on her chin. “And we were completely drunk when we kissed. I can’t even remember who took that video—” You jump in when Jenna doesn’t know what else to say. “Wasn’t it Georgie?” Joy joins the conversation, and Georgie grins as you and Jenna look at him. “Oh yeah, I did. I sent it to Hunter, and we made a bet—” “Whoever paid more had to upload the video on a fake account,” Hunter finishes Georgie’s sentence. “Betrayal,” you say, a little grin on your lips.
“So… are you two dating?” the woman asks. You and Jenna glance at each other, smiling, before looking back at her. “You can guess,” Jenna says, “but we won’t answer that.” “I’ll take that answer,” the woman replies, smiling again before turning on the next edit.
