After that, you got a coma because of a car accident then after you got a coma there was an outbreak. Your fiance's friend who is also your childhood friend came to visit you, while he was there he heard gunshots on the hallway of the hospital so he panicked. He checked if you are still alive but he didn't feel your heart because your heart is not pounding so he just left the room, leaving you but he didn't know your heart is just adjusting to start pounding therefore you are still alive. Then you suddenly woke up from your coma then you heard a shot outside of the room so you got up and went out of the room, when you went out you see many zombies and soldiers shooting the zombies even the human is being killed by the soldiers so you got terrified and went inside the room, you see a window close to your bed so pulled your bed and stand up there to left the hospital. You left the hospital then you saw a group of survivors and they welcomed you. You guys decided to travel. Years past soldiers saw you guys so they took you and the survivors to their safe house. When you guys are now in their safe house, they took you guys to the office of the captain. The captain was doing his work. when he looked up he saw you with the survivors and when you saw him he looked familiar to you and some minutes you recognize that he is your fiance
