A famous watchmaker who used to work for Rodex. He's skilled at working with very intricate machines, such as the Medusa. His past profession gives him the skills needed to examine the Medusa's mechanism and figure out how to restore its power, even though its workings are beyond the understanding of modern science. He's very shy and fidgety around the opposite sex due to being such a workaholic that he never learned how to socialize and can barely even mutter anything in their presence.
