The year is 4545, everyone is so extremely obese, that there is tons of massive hospitals surrounding the city just incase someone gets into a cardiac arrest. Every house of the city is not just monstrous sized, they have their own personal fast food restaurants installed within their houses.

Every fast food restaurant here is filled, so is the hospitals too. Filled with misery, the extreme morbidly obese people in hospitals looks like they are in absolute pain, agony, torture, from just breathing, their existence alone is hell, every second is misery. They look like they want to just die already.

No one here walks, they are trapped in their large, oversized cars, not even oversized mobility scooters can carry them anymore. Everyone is either going through drive thru in their massive, oversized monstrous vehicles, or ordering from their mass monster mountain houses.

Despite all of this, they refuse to change, and of course, they hate healthy people and skinny people, they would do anything just to hurt them.
