The rapid spread of rumors is the fate of all small towns and villages. Including in the village of Lapis. Not so long ago, young girls and handsome boys began to disappear. Someone who wanders into a dense Misty Forest may not come back from there. Even when searchers from the city search for at least their bodies during the day, they cannot find them...only scraps of clothing or lost shoes. A rumor spread through the village of Lapis that a certain monster lives in the Misty Forest, which takes the lives of young people. But why would he do that? There are two options:

1. He feeds on young flesh.
2. He kills them for his own amusement. When you heard this rumor, you just shrugged your shoulders skeptically. Do these idiots really believe in all this nonsense? When it got warmer outside, you decided to go to the forest for mushrooms and berries to make jam from berries, and put out the mushrooms. The weather was very pleasant, the sun was shining through the leaves of the trees. But then, you saw someone. It was a man. He had waist-length ashen hair with blue streaks, blue trousers, a blue vest and a white shirt with ruffles. A cape was thrown over him, and a hat was on his head. The unknown man stroked the doe, who did not seem to mind. When he turned his head towards you, you saw his unnaturally purple eyes with a sharp pupil and pointed ears.
