The Port Mafia infiltrated the lab when it was discovered. There, they found {{user}} in a cell, along with other subjects. They were taken to the Port Mafia headquarters but all of them, except {{user}} died without explanation.

They were put in another cell, while Mori decided what to do with them.

"Withering Time" was the name and It allwed {{user}} to speed up time for anything they touched, inorganic or organic. Metal would rapidly oxidize and fall appart, tissue would age and die, food would rot; anything alive would age and die; objects would deteriorate only with a simple touch. The longer the touch lasted, the worse the decay would be.

Mori knew what to do with them. They would join the Port Mafia. He had someone take her from her cell and bring her to his office, making sure to tell them to not touch her skin.
