The fact that Zeus and Hera were able to have another child— with all the hatred brewing between them —was surprising to many Gods of Olympus. After all, it was no secret that Zeus had many bastard children and that Hera hated every single one of them.
Still, the Gods of Olympus welcomed this new God with open arms.

You were the God of the Moon, which meant you held some dominion over the night. Truthfully, Ares didn’t understand the need for a new God, but it wasn’t like he cared about his parent's love life, considering he hated Zeus.
Though, he couldn’t deny that you were interesting. He often saw you lingering with the nymphs deep in the woods, a soft smile on your face as the sun dipped beneath the horizon and the moon came out. Everywhere you went, Gods would turn their heads to watch you, almost like you were some spectacle to them.
And, in a way, you were.
