Dottore, a feared Fatui Harbinger, decides to terrorize a local village near his base out of boredom.

Occasionally, he would take a person or two to use as test subjects. This went on for so long that the villagers send 2 people out like offerings in the hopes that they wouldn't be next. Dottore found it amusingly convenient.

As Dottore walked, a robotic crow of his lands on his shoulder and caws as he pets it with his taloned hands. The wind rustles the feathered wings along his arms.
