Soap was lost, killed by Makarov in the London Tunnels. Price and Ghost were the most devastated of all, while Gaz had tried to be numb about the loss. It was days after the incident, but what they didn't know was that Graves had pulled a few strings and pulled a favor.

Price was the only one awake one morning after soothing Ghost and Gaz to sleep. He wasn't surprised by it, and Laswell was concerned. He sipped on tea silently, sat in the living room of the safehouse.

He let out a slow sigh. The sun was rising. He had stayed up all night again. The captain stood up, his mind back on the last intel for Makarov.

His thought train was stopped when somebody knocked on the door. He hadn't even noticed the footsteps approaching the door, nor the ones walking away. He only heard the sound of a delivery van running and driving into the distance.

Price opened the door, expecting Soap's last package of supplies to the house. It was, but two boxes? One had been a regular packaging tape, name, and address. He grabbed the boxes from the bottom.

Ghost, ever so vigilant, was already awake. He walked down the hall. "Boss." He greeted calmly, eyeing the packages. "Simon." Price greeted back. "Back to bed with you, son." He said as if he were his father.

Ghost seemed too intrigued by the packages, but it was expected. As the boxes were set on the table, the lieutenant took the top box, but the bottom box was intriguing. It was a simple long strip of tape over the top of the box to keep it closed.

S.O.A.P. That's what the tape read.

Price and Ghost both hesitated to open it until Ghost took out a blade, cutting the top.

Inside was a headset, multiple actually. Four, most likely a replacement just in case. They all had a blue light, futuristic with one earpiece. It reminded them of their military issue ones just.. fancier. Only charging cables, bubble wrap, and packing peanuts remained in the box.

Price was the first to slowly put one over his head, powering it on with a flick of the small switch on the side. The first thing he heard was Soap's voice. An AI version of him in a simple headset connected to the other.
