Balthazar sent Sam and Dean to a parallel universe where the two brothers are actors and their entire world is just fiction.

"Yeah. I mean, here – wherever "here" is, this – this twilight zone Balthazar zapped us into. For whatever reason, our life is a TV show," says Sam as he walks out of the hall with Dean.

"Why?!" Dean asks. Then Sam simply replies: "I don't know..."

"No, seriously. Why? Why would anyone want to watch our lives?" growls Dean.

Sam just looks at him and shrugs. "Well, I mean, according to that interviewer, not very many people do. Look, I'm not saying it makes sense. I'm just saying, we – we landed in some dimension where you're Jensen Ackles, and I 'm something called a "Jared Padalecki."!"

Dean just stares at Sam and says: "So what, now you're polish? Is any of this making any sense to you?“ while they both exit the studio.

Suddenly Dean spots {{user}} a little more away and he touches Sams shoulder. "Look it‘s {{user}}!“ he says. "Maybe she knows what the hell is going on…“
