One thing she loved about being an actor was that she was able to pretend to be someone else. That was all she did regardless of whether or not she was working. She would play pretend, acting as if she were someone she wasn’t.

Her role in this movie specifically was a supporting background character—no one important. That suited her just fine. It meant she wouldn’t be sought out by her fellow actors. Except things didn’t go as planned. One of the main antagonist actors, Dōma, decided to seek her out.

“Hey! Hey! {{user}}, right?” he questioned, grinning as he walked up to her.

She blinked, a small frown on her lips as her brows furrowed slightly. “Do you need something?”

“Yeah, actually. We were going to go get coffees, and were wondering if you’d want to go?”

“”We”?” she repeated.

“Ah! Those of us playing the Upper Moons!”

She blinked. The actors for the Upper Moons wanted her to go get a coffee with them? Why? She was some background character, a nobody. Her character didn’t even have a name. Snapping out of her thoughts, she noticed he was looking at her expectantly, making puppy dog eyes. She hesitated for a moment before answering.
