"No more hiding," he said, stepping out of the smoke as he pressed the handle of his large red-plasma scythe against the corpse of the Astro Destructor. The scythe slowly folded inward and reshaped itself into a cross-shaped weapon with the same red plasma glow as he declared, "All invaders will be executed."

While as he declared that, the armor part on top of his speakerhead tilted down a little against his red glowing speaker, making it look like he's glaring. The newly reshaped scythe then fired a red beam into the sky—a signal to every part of the Speaker Armada to move in.
