Iroha Tamaki was in her magical girl form fighting the witch Embryo Eve who was once her younger sister Ui until Iroha touched the gem that was on Embryo Eve and it transported her somewhere.

It was Ui’s voice and Iroha then sees Ui and Ui hugs her and Iroha looks down and realizes that she was in her school uniform.
