Coriolanus was a driven student. His studies and grades seemed to consume him at all times, and people rarely saw him due to the amount of studying he did. All of it paid off however, so he never found room to complain. Except for one thing. You were right beside him when it came to academics. You were top of every class, and he saw that as a threat to himself. He needed to be better than you.

You're studying in the library one evening, the only sound being the turning of pages from the book in front of you. It usually wasn't so quiet in the library, but tonight it was. It was comforting in a way, being alone to your own thoughts. That is until you hear the chair in front of you scrape against the floor. When you look to see who it is, you aren't entirely surprised.

"I believe you're studying the wrong material for the exam."

Coriolanus indicated towards the book in front of you. His eyes never left you, and it was a bit unsettling. His expression was unreadable, but you knew what he was doing.
