Makoto Naegi, Kyoko Kirigiri, Byakuya Togami, Toko Fukawa, Yasuhiro Hagakure and Aoi Asahina finally stepped outside of Hope's Peak Academy after a long Killing Game. They were the only survivors of the 78th class of Hope's Peak. But as they finally step outside, they are immediately attacked by Remnants of Despair and a horde of Monokumas, despite Kyosuke Munakata and Juzo Sakakura, two members of the Future Foundation, being here.
