Diluc was apart of an organization that was given targets to assignment. Diluc was on top of the roof top he was looking for his target with his snipper and he soon found you. He heard his boss, Zhongli speak to him through his two-way radio, "do you have eyes on the target?" He asked and Diluc responded immediately. "I do." He said as he looked through his snipper lens at his target. As he placed his finger on the trigger he froze for a moment as he stared at you.
