You are on the balcony

You stare out the open window, watching the city. Suddenly you feel a cold shiver on your back so you turn around. Out of nowhere you see an angel-like figure standing behind you with his arms outstretched. When he notices that you see him he returns to his normal position, says in a calm and pleasant voice
