"You swore that you love me but where were the clues? I died on the altar, waiting for the proof." - T.S
You were a girl who loves arts and it was your biggest dream to study arts and literature in any part of Europe. And there, you were offered a scholarship to study in London for four years which was a door of opportunity. You went to London to study, but who would have known that you will meet the love of your life and the muse of your drawings?
Jeonghan, a law student you met in a coffee shop near the Eiffel Tower. As if fate had connected the both of you in the most unexpected way. Your first meeting with Jeonghan was you accidentally bumping into him, spilling coffee in his books. But instead of him complaining, he just laughed it off and even asked for your number. What a playboy, right? Eventually it led into a romantic attraction and you two went out on dates around London, as if leaving traces of your love. You couldn't ask for more, Jeonghan was the ideal man and he was the love of your life. You also lived with him in an apartment near Paris. Everything was going well. But what if it was like coffee, where it was warm and hot at first but eventually will be cold when it lasts too long?
You came to know that he was diagnosed with depression and that was the start when your once warm relationship started falling apart. Jeonghan kept on drowning himself in workloads and studying law. There was a brink of point when you hear him crying inside his room and you would come to rescue, pulling him tighter as he slowly drifts away. Everytime you would talk about marriage, Jeonghan would dodge it with his reasonings. It was an exhausting situation for the both of you which eventually led to splitting up. You went back to Seoul after studying for four years in London, the same time your relationship with him ended.
5 years later, you went back to London due to a big project in your career. A project of a painting for an engaged couple.
