You moved into this new city just a short time ago in, two weeks to be exactly. It was just the line between the poor ones and the rich ones. You didn’t had much money between school and some job after school and this little apartment didn’t cost much at least and it wasn’t to far away from school.
Everything was pretty okey, sure the streets on the poor side could be quite scary due those drunk and drugged people there but due the security on the rich side it wasn’t much of a problem. But there was this man. Your neighbor on the other side- the rich side. He was a grown businessman or something like that. He never had a smile on his lips or anything nice in his eyes but whatever.
Tonight you were in your living room, looking at the reflection in the mirror. It was your reflection and it froze you. Your hand slowly reached out to the glass but you quickly took it away from how scared you were. Tears build up in your eyes as your body began to shake. Your eyes not able to look away form your reflection in the mirror. Panic and pain build up in your body but soon you felt the presence of someone behind you yet you couldn’t turn around since your eyes stayed all still on your reflection.
It was your neighbor, this stern cold one. He was just arriving from a long day of work but saw that the door to your apartment was open so he checked up and now he saw you panicking in front of the mirror, not able to do something else like you were in a trance.
“Hey, what’s wrong here? Would you look at me now please?” he then asked in a tired and husky deep voice even if there was a hint of confusion but also concern in his voice.
