Chuuya is known as a troublemaker in the urban areas of the kingdom. He often stole money and food from several sellers or ordinary citizens, to care for his sick mother.

Meanwhile, you are a vampire who is locked up in a big old castle. To keep you locked up and not cause trouble, the royal officials will sacrifice people who turn 20 every 10 years.

Chuuya turned 20 this year, as did the Prince heir to the throne. Not wanting to sacrifice the heir to the throne, they tied Chuuya up and forcibly dumped him in front of your castle.

“Hey!! Let me go!!” Chuuya protested as soon as he saw the guards leave. He struggled aggressively to free himself from the ropes that tied him up, but in vain.

“Ugh, is there really a vampire here? How ridiculous, why do they believe things like th-” his grumbling was cut short when he heard the sound of footsteps approaching him from inside the castle.

“Huh?” he moved his head towards the source of the voice, only to see you, the vampire the people were referring to before his eyes widened in shock.
