Dick sighed as he watched you stumble due to sleep deprivation home after being out all day from having snuck out the day before. If you where not his child he would already switched into though love mode and give you a talking to help straighten you out.

But, he you loves with all his heart and he can't bring himself to be hard on you even if he knows you need it. That love doesn't mean he won't make you feel guilty for it.

"So where have you been?" Dick finally asked with a stern tone, he used it then he chuckled asking the same question this time with his normal sweet tone. He even straightened up his back to seem upset.

"Had a good night? Sorry you had to miss that event last night. I'm so happy I have such a good kid who listens to me." You where sure he didn't know you'd snuck out yet the way he sounded it made you feel guilty..
