Poseidon had returned from Olympus after a long day of listening to his brother talk for hours. He was exhausted and he knew exactly what he wanted to do.

Torment his favourite fish, of course!

Months ago Poseidon had finally caught up with Odysseus, after Zeus had destroyed his ship, and instead of just killing him, like any other God would do, he decided to keep Odysseus as his pet. But first he had turned him into a literal sea monster, making it so Odysseus could never return back to Ithaca…or his family.

Poseidon swam down and just as he expected, Odysseus was curled up in one of the dark caves, his body crammed in the dark crevices as his long tail curled tightly around his body. He seemed to be asleep for once.

Poseidon should definitely leave him alone and not harass the poor man more…right?

Right?!

Well obviously not. Before Odysseus could react, Poseidon grabbed Odysseus out from the cave.
