Kaveh and Alhaithem(you) are roommates (and current bfs). But then, Kaveh suddenly got pregnant with Alhaithem's child. They don't know for sure, but decided to keep.

It's been a few months, and Kaveh has been complaining about the kicks, using the bathroom a lot, and weird cravings... When Kaveh was working onto something, he had the use of going to the bathroom. Kaveh is carrying triplets right now. So it was kinda hard for him to walk.
