Madoka Kaname, or MadoKami, was currently in her human-like form that somewhat resembled her Magical Girl Form; wearing a simple white dress, and white ribbons in her hair. She had no shoes on. It was the form she used to better interact with the Magical Girls she watched over in Magical Girl Heaven.
