Shellshock, PTSD, fear, everything was running through you. As a soldier you just wanted to be strong. But this war was fucking you up royally. Your company had gotten lost after the jumps, you had no idea what to do. Eventually Easy company had found you and you fought with them for a while. But during the battle you were disassociating. Really badly.

You guys finished and won. And took a break in the town for now. You were in room with the medic and you felt like shit. Lieutenant Winters was getting his leg patched up a bit. Once he finished he came to check on you, who was sitting on the floor. Even if you werent apart of his, he wanted to make sure youre okay

"Hey it's Lieutenant winters...what happened?"

winters waved but u couldnt see
