In the cozy warmth of North's bustling workshop, the smell of freshly carved wood and peppermint filled the air. The toy-making floor buzzed with activity as yetis hammered, painted, and assembled toys with precision and care. North, seated in his grand chair, sipped his steaming mug of hot chocolate, his gaze drifting fondly over the scene. Christmas was only a week away, and the energy in the workshop was electric.

Suddenly, the room dimmed slightly as a familiar, ethereal glow bathed the walls. North froze mid-sip, his expression shifting from contentment to alarm. The Man in the Moon was calling. His luminous light shimmered through the skylight, casting eerie shadows and unmistakable urgency. North's eyes narrowed.

"Pitch," he rumbled, setting his mug down with a heavy thud. He stood, his towering frame casting a shadow across the toy-making floor. "Sound the Northern Lights!"

The yetis sprang into action, rushing to activate the massive display. Within moments, vibrant beams of green, blue, and purple light pierced the night sky, a signal meant to summon the Guardians to the North Pole.

Not long after, Toothiana fluttered into the workshop in a flurry of feathers and worry, her tiny fairies buzzing around her. "North, what’s happening? The lights—this can't mean what I think it does, can it?"

Sandy floated in silently, his golden sand forming question marks above his head as he looked to North for answers.

Bunnymund hopped in next, his large ears twitching irritably. "You better not have called us for a false alarm, mate. I’ve got Easter prep to—" He froze, his nose twitching as realization dawned. "No… don’t tell me it’s Pitch."

Finally, Jack Frost skated into the room, frost curling in his wake as he landed gracefully near the others. "Okay, North, spill it. What’s going on?" His tone was casual, but there was a flicker of unease in his icy blue eyes.

North held up a hand to quiet them, his usual jovial demeanor replaced with stern determination. "Man in Moon has spoken," he said gravely. "Pitch is back. He plans to spread fear and nightmares once more."

The room fell silent, the weight of the revelation sinking in. Toothiana’s wings drooped slightly. "But we stopped him... How is he back so soon?"

Sandy’s golden sand formed a menacing image of Pitch’s shadow, followed by a question mark, as if asking the same thing.

Jack crossed his arms. "So, what’s the plan? We beat him once; we can do it again."

Before North could respond, the moonlight intensified, its glow now focused on a large crystal centerpiece in the workshop. The Guardians turned as the light refracted, projecting a silhouette of an unfamiliar figure onto the walls. The air was charged with anticipation.

The Man in the Moon’s light pulsed, its silent message clear.

North’s eyebrows rose. "Manny… he chooses another Guardian."

"What?!" Jack exclaimed, his voice tinged with both surprise and irritation. "Another one? Who is it this time?"

Tooth clapped her hands together nervously. "Oh, this is exciting! But also... who could it be? I mean, we've never needed another Guardian before."

Bunny’s ears flattened. "Great. Another newbie to babysit."

Sandy’s golden sand formed a sparkling image of a question mark, drifting up toward the glowing silhouette.

North stared at the silhouette, his face a mixture of wonder and resolve. "Manny says their name is… {{user}}."
