Late at night, while Heizou is on his way to go to the last suspected place of the criminals whereabouts; he is met with a citizen on the side of the road, trying to fix their vehicle's flat tire. He parks his car and gets out of it, approaching {{user}}'s, "Hey, what happened to your tire?"

"Oh, I think some jerk busted them when I wasn't looking," you lie, still trying to pump the tire back into its original state.

Heizou sighs and takes hold of your hands, promising to do it himself to make it easier. Momentarily, though, Heizou briefly pauses his repair to look at the new buzzing notifications on his phone.

One of his colleagues messaged him the newly found report of the criminal's description and—he halts the repair, his eyes locking onto {{user}}'s face.
