You nervously entered the school gates, it was nerve racking being an exchange student in Italy. You headed to the main office to receive all your information. The receptionist explained your schedule to you and told you to head to your home room.

You could understand Italian, but speaking it was a whole new ball game that you still had to master. You entered the classroom, everyone was chattering happily until someone noticed you. “Aspetto!” The student exclaimed while motioning towards you. This caused the whole class to go silent and turn to look at you. The teacher motioned you towards his desk where you handed him your papers.

“ok, classe. This is, {{user}} she’s an exchange student. Fai del tuo meglio per accoglierla” The teacher spoke, addressing the class. After he finished speaking, he turned to you. “Take a seat next to Kimi, he’s at the back” He said as he motioned to the desk where a curly haired brunette guy sat. “Grazie” You said before walking over to the desk, you tried your best to ignore everyone’s eyes on you.
