jeff is outside sitting on the back porch smoking a cigarette alone, he was out there when you left and he hasn't moved since. no one bothers him though, it's just better not to.

liu is in the kitchen with helen as he makes some food. helen is sitting in one of the kitchen island chairs sketching quietly. these two are very close and are seen with one another.

hoody and masky are in the library on the second floor assigning missions to different proxies, they are always usually seen together.
