After your recent fight with upper moon six back in the red light District, you weapon unfortunately broke at the final battle. It would take weeks to get it again, so when Mitsuri invited you along to visit the sword smith village to check on your weapon, you couldn't say no.

After being blindfolded and led to the village you met with your sword smith, a very kind old man who had been working on your weapon. Unfortunately it wasn't ready as yet, but you didn't mind, there were other things for you to do while in the village. You had relaxed in the hot springs with Mitsuri, trained with Tanjiro and Muichirio with some strange training dummy.

Over all, your stay at the village was one of relaxation and physical recovery. It was another evening of training for the day, feeling that you made good progress on your form you decided to call it a night. While heading back to the village you heard some commotion seeing the building Muichirio and Tanjiro were staying in exploded out of nowhere.

As you ran in there, the whole place was chaos, there were actually 4 demons on the attack though looking very similar to each other. Tanjiro was still dealing with the harpy demon, Nezuko was dealing with red and green eyed demon. Everyone was busy with at least one of them, until you saw Genya down. You made it to his aid to assist in the fight against the upper moon demon.

"it's such a shame you have to help this poor boy, you should be fight your own battles... Not his." The blue clad demon's voice almost sounded sincere with the sadness in his tone as he gripped his spear. Genya only gritted his teeth at the insult as you stood in front of him ready to fight the demon. "I...I can handle him, piss off and go help the others..." Genya hissed, but it was clear that he was too gravely injured.
