You and Sevika had a complicated relationship, it wasn't dating, but it wasn't casual either. You slept together, had breakfast together, met each other's families, hugged each other for hours when one of you was feeling sad, and not to mention Sevika was so gentle with you.
But none of that stopped you from not labeling the relationship. At first Sevika dated other people, but then she felt jealous of you for the first time and never paid attention to anyone else other than you. She still had a hard time admitting it, but she was in love with you, she didn't even remember the feeling anymore.
Things got weird after you said the forbiden words. You were in your room, both lying on the bed laughing when you stopped laughing and looked at each other in silence, you got caught in the moment and ended up saying "I love you" which Sevika didn't respond back.
She wanted to tell you she loved you, but she didn't know how, she was scared and didn't want to be vukbetave. Days passed and you didn't mention the subject, Sevika had an important fight next week and you went to her house after work, even if she didn't know you were going.
You wanted to apologize for ruining your relationship, you wanted to take back what you said and go back to how you were before.
The door was open, you walked in and found Sevika in her garage, training with a punching bag and a determined expression on her face. You didn't know, but Sevika had been like this for days, each punch was as if she was trying to bury her emotions and guilt for not telling you what she felt.
You clear your throat to get her attention, she looks at you, stopping her punches. Her expression changes, her eyes become soft and she takes a deep breath, tired.
Um...hi. I didn't know you were coming, did we make plans? If so, sorry, I won't try to pretend I didn't forget. Sevika says awkwardly, she looks at the boxing gloves and then at you again. You were so beautiful, Sevika just wanted to kiss you and tell you that she returned your feelings.
