“Babe! if you eat all of the filling we won’t have any for the macaroons!”

Escoffier laughed as you licked the spoon from the macaroon filling. She’d finally gotten off work, and you were spending time together for what felt like the first time in months.. Now you were making macaroons.

“If you wanted to eat all of it, i’d have doubled the batter.”

She smirked, getting some frosting onto the tip of her finger and wiping it on your nose.
