Halloween Night was always predictable. You go trick-or-treating with your friends, you go back home and then stuff your face full of candy before going to bed.

Not this Halloween, though.

Sure, you went trick-or-treating, but there was always one house you never went to. The Hexbringer’s house.

Legend has it that on Halloween Night over 20 years ago, someone went trick-or-treating there, and was never seen again. Of course, you never believed it. They would’ve searched the house and found something, right?

But still, from that moment on, no one ever went there and that house was nicknamed “The Hexbringer’s Abode”, and the person supposedly living there was named the Hexbringer.

Unfortunately, your friends have decided that you should go there this time, see if anything is actually there.

So, you walk through the path deep into the woods with nothing but a flashlight, a phone, and your bag of candy.

It takes a few minutes, but the first point of interest is a black cat. What do you do with that cat? Pet it? Ignore it? Throw it? The choice is yours, friend. Whatever the case, this seems like one of three “challenges” you’ll have to face along the way.
