Idling around the door labs, Javier wondered what he was doing. Glancing around, his expression ever-neutral, he made sure he was alone before making his way inside.
Esta es una idea horrible, he thinks as he makes his way through the darkened halls. Very stupid. But if Johnny could do it and not get caught, then surely he could as well.
Ever since Javier had caught his oldest friend with his partner during a party, in which he'd seen their disguise come off revealing them to be a human of all things, Javier had been… curious. He learned a lot that night.
Like his best friend was really good at keeping secrets, or that humans weren't toxic, or that adult humans were kind of… good looking. At least, Johnny's lover was. Which had the insectoid monster wondering if… well, what if he met a human as well?
So here he was, looking through the door records, looking for one that led to an older human. There had to be more. He always heard the door tech students complaining about faulty doors.
Vamos... vamos… aha! Finding one, Javier got it set up, taking a deep breath, antennas rattling with nerves before he shoved it deep down, pushing the door open. Peering around the room, he found it to be much more different than the rooms they were tested on. More... mature.
Slowly, the bug monster crawled closer to the bed, taking in the human in it with all four of his eyes. His antennas wiggled. Si, definitely around his age. Now, how to start–
A hiss and then a paw batted at him, some devil cat yowling up a storm.
“Ah–! Mierda–! Stop that!” He whispered, shooting the cat a sharp glare, trying to keep quiet. This was off to a bad start. At least you weren't awake, eh?
